Will my account auto renew, can I opt out?
In most cases your account will Auto Renew every year, this would have been set up when you made your first payment. We will email you informing you of your impending renewal and payment will be taken automatically from your original payment method.
If you do not wish to auto renew, you can disable this by following the below:
- Sign in to your online account
- Select "My Account" from the tabs at the top of the page
- At the bottom of the page there will be an option to disable Auto Renewals
- Tick the "disable Auto renewals" and click Save
Now no further payments will be taken. Note once an auto-renew has been canceled, it will not be possible to enable it again until you renew.
