Renewing Your Membership: What Happens to Your Points?

When it’s time to renew your membership, it’s important to understand how your Home and Flexi Points are handled. Here’s everything you need to know to make sure you don’t lose any value:

✅ Home Points Rollover

If you renew your membership within 30 days of your expiry date and stay with the same Home Club, any unused Home Points will automatically carry over into your new membership year.

🎉 Good news: The club has already received payment for these points, so they’re yours to keep—just don’t miss the 30-day window!

⏳ Flexi Points Expiry

Flexi Points work a little differently:

  • Unused Flexi Points will expire shortly after your renewal date if not used.

  • Flexi Points are valid only for the membership year in which they were purchased.

  • Any additional Flexi Point bundles you buy during the year remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date, regardless of when your membership ends.

🔒 What Happens If You Don’t Renew?

If you decide not to renew, your account becomes inactive, and you’ll lose access to your points. However:

  • You still have a 30-day grace period after your membership ends to renew and keep any eligible Home Points.

  • After 30 days, your account will be closed and all remaining points will be lost.

🔁 Thinking About Switching Clubs?

If you’d like to transfer your membership to a new Home Club, please note:

  • Your current club has already received payment for your points.

  • It’s up to the new club’s discretion how many of your existing points they’ll accept—some clubs accept none, others may accept up to 100 points.
