Premium Credit LTD

Premium Credit LTD is the finance company offering the facility to distribute membership payments contractually over a 12-month period. This is a binding credit agreement, and subject to the relevant checks and requirements.

Important: About Premium Credit agreements

If you choose to pay for your PlayMoreGolf membership using Premium Credit, you are entering into a separate legal finance agreement with Premium Credit Ltd.

  • Premium Credit controls all payments, dates, arrears, and balances.

  • PlayMoreGolf cannot change, pause, or cancel finance agreements.

  • Once your agreement is live, you are contractually committed to the repayment terms, even if your membership circumstances change.

For any payment-related query, you must contact Premium Credit directly.

    0344 736 98 18 / 0344 736 9836

  • Virtual Assistant: Prima - available 24/7 and can answer any questions with details specific to your credit agreement, including how much your payments are and when your payments are due.
  • Your reference will start with D.

Once your agreement is live, Premium Credit is the only party who can advise you in regard to your finance. PMG does not have visibility or authority over finance accounts.

Quick answers to common Premium Credit questions

Missed a payment or cancelled your direct debit?
Your membership will be temporarily disabled until the agreement is brought up to date. Contact Premium Credit immediately to make payment.

Can I cancel after the first payment?
Cancellation after 14 days or once the first payment is taken is not guaranteed and depends on finance terms, club approval, and any points already used.

Why am I still paying after using my points?
Points are awarded upfront, but your full finance agreement remains payable for the duration of your agreement.

Renewed early?
Early renewal creates a new second finance agreement. Your original agreement must still be paid in full.  This does typically mean that you will see two payments being taken until the original agreement has been paid in full.

Who do I contact about payments?
Always contact Premium Credit, as PlayMoreGolf cannot manage finance accounts.

Joining process:

  • We recommend using a laptop or desktop for ease, but you can use the PlayMoreGolf app. Please only submit one application.
  • If the agreement goes into review, this can take up to 8 working days for a decision.
  • Your first payment will be within 10 working days of your agreement being accepted. Your following payments will be on the Direct Debit date set at the time of applying or a date selected by Premium Credit. You can contact Premium Credit directly via their phone number or virtual assistant for information on your payment dates. Your welcome letter will detail your first payment and schedule.

Point allocation:

  • Points are awarded upfront, based on the completion of 12 monthly direct debit payments or the full payment of a settlement figure. They are not added monthly.
  • Using points does not reduce your payment obligation - if you utilise your points before your finance ends, you are contractually committed to continue paying.

 Cancellation process:

  • Within the first 14 days of the Credit Agreement being live, members can cancel with no fees. Please contact Premium Credit and PlayMoreGolf for more information.
  • After 14 days of your agreement and once the first payment is made, a cancellation is not permitted unless there are extenuating circumstances. This is a legally binding finance agreement, and once the Home club has also received payment PlayMoreGolf no longer hold the funds to your membership. If in the instance you need to discuss a cancellation after 14 days / first payment, please contact PlayMoreGolf customer services, please also note that your Home club would have to be in agreement to refund any monies paid to them. There may also be payment required for any points used.
  • A mandatory admin fee will be applied to any refund or cancellation after 14 days with Premium Credit. This will be 8% after 14 days, and 9% after 30 days. This payment will be paid directly to PlayMoreGolf.
  • Using your points does not reduce or cancel your finance obligation.

What happens if a payment is missed?

  1. A payment fails and a default fee may be applied.

  2. Your PlayMoreGolf membership is temporarily locked.

  3. Premium Credit will attempt payment re-submission or require manual payment.

  4. Direct Debit resubmission can take up to 5 working days, with a further up to 5 working days to clear.

  5. Access is restored once the agreement is fully up to date.

PlayMoreGolf cannot speed up or override this finance process.

  • Premium Credit charge a default fee of £27.50 for missed payments. This is detailed in your agreement and any documentation you have.
  • PlayMoreGolf do not hold any direct debit details and cannot take payment via our Customer Services.
  • PlayMoreGolf will send out an email when a payment is missed, and your Golf Membership will be disabled until your Credit Agreement is brought up to date. If a payment is made manually with Premium Credit, PlayMoreGolf can check a read only site to confirm this, and then re-enable the Golf Membership. If you wish to have the payment resubmitted by direct debit, your account will remain locked until the payment has cleared. This can take up to 5 working days for the resubmission, and another 5 working days for the payment to clear.
  • If a payment is missed and the resubmission of the payment was unsuccessful – a manual payment will be required to bring the agreement back up to date. Failure to do so will result in further action from the Finance provider, and your membership cleared of points.
  • If for any reason your Direct Debit is cancelled, you are required as per your Credit Agreement to reinstate it as soon as possible and pay any missed payment(s). Your Golf membership will be disabled until the agreement is up to date.

Renewals:

  • Your account is set to auto renew by default. You can disable this via your online dashboard or instruct PlayMoreGolf to.
  • If you auto renew via Premium Credit, your reference number is updated and your payment date may change. The details will be found on your renewal documents.
  • If you run out of points and wish to renew early with Premium Credit, this would be a new second agreement that runs alongside your existing one until the first one has been paid in full either by continuing with the direct debit or with a settlement figure. Your Finance agreement is separate to your Golf membership and does not run consecutively as you are opting to renew early.
  • If you choose to renew early in order to receive bonus points, avoid the upcoming price increase, or circumvent the matrix adjustment, please be advised that the aforementioned conditions will apply, and you will be entering into a new agreement.
  • If a member chooses to renew their membership early, they must continue to meet all payment obligations under their original agreement. Should the member fail to keep up with payments on the original agreement, any accumulated points that would normally carry forward upon renewal will be forfeited. Early renewal does not waive or replace the requirement to remain fully up to date with the existing payment plan. These points will not be reinstated once forfeited, regardless of the renewal status.
  • There is the option to pay a Settlement Figure at any time during your membership year. Premium Credit can advise on the exact figure.
