I am shielding and unable to play

We understand this is a difficult time with another lockdown and we hope you remain safe and well. We are looking at ways we can assist our members due to shielding and to ensure we can fairly assess your situation; we will require a copy (photo or scan) of the letter you have received from your GP showing your full name and address confirming you are required to shield.
