How to Cancel Your Renewal (Turn Off Auto-Renewal)

How to Turn Off Auto-Renewal Don't want your membership to renew?

You can switch off auto-renewal at any time from within your PlayMoreGolf account.

Turning off auto-renewal means your membership will remain active until your current membership term ends, but it will not automatically renew for a further year.

1. Log in to your PlayMoreGolf account.
2. Navigate to Manage Membership.
3. Select Renewal Settings.
4. Switch Auto-Renewal to Off.
5. Confirm your choice when prompted.

Once completed, you'll receive confirmation that auto-renewal has been disabled.

• Your membership remains active until the end of your current membership term.
• You can continue to use your membership and any available points as normal.
• No renewal payment will be taken at the end of the membership term.
• Your membership will end automatically on the expiry date unless you choose to renew.

Yes. You can switch auto-renewal back on at any time before your membership expires by returning to your renewal settings. This is for members who pay in full. If you cancel your auto renew through Premium Credit this cannot be turned back on.

Important Information

Turning off auto-renewal is not the same as cancelling your membership immediately.

If you wish to leave before your membership expiry date, please contact Customer Services. Any request to end a membership early will be reviewed in line with the PlayMoreGolf Membership Terms & Conditions and any applicable club agreement.
