Cancelling your full membership

To cancel your membership please contact our Customer Service Team on the link below.  If you are within the 14 day cooling off period, we will be able to refund your money straight away.  The money normally takes between 3-5 working days to appear back in your account.

If you are over the 14 day cooling off period, please detail the reasoning why your Membership needs to be cancelled and we will then investigate this further.  After the 14 day cooling off period the club has already received the finances for your membership and we will need to liaise directly with them if a refund is required.
