Cancelling your full membership

To cancel your membership please contact our Customer Service Team. If you are within the 14 day cooling off period, We can look to discuss your options. If a refund* is processed the money can take between 3-5 working days to clear in your account

If you are over the 14 day cooling off period, please detail the reasoning why you want to cancel your membership and we will then investigate this further. After the 14 day cooling off period, the club has already received the finances for your membership and matters relating to a refund need to be directed to the club secretary. If the club agrees to issue a refund we will require any agreement from the club to be in writing before we can take this matter any further.

Please note that if your membership is purchased with Premium Credit Ltd, you will need to contact them directly as per their contract Terms & Conditions within 14 days.
