      How to Book a Round with Guests Using Your PlayMoreGolf Membership

      Planning a round with guests? Great! As a PlayMoreGolf member, you have a few flexible options to make booking with friends or family easy and enjoyable. Here's everything you need to know:

      Bringing Guests with Your Membership

      • Number of Guests: You can bring up to 3 guests per round.

      • Guest Limitations: The same guest can play a maximum of 5 times per calendar year under your membership.

      • Junior Guests: You can also bring a junior guest as part of your membership, as long as you’re playing too.

      Booking with Points (Using Your Membership)

      To book a tee time using your points for yourself and your guest(s), follow these steps:

      1. Head to the booking area.

      2. Choose the number of players: 2 ball, 3 ball, or 4 ball.

      3. Select the date and time you wish to play.

      4. When you select the tee time, a pop-up will confirm the cost and indicate that you're using points for your guests.

      5. Confirm your booking.

      6. You’ll receive an automated email confirmation, and the booking will be sent directly to the club.

      Note: If you need to make changes, please contact our Customer Services team. We work with third-party tee sheet providers and cannot amend bookings directly. If we cancel a booking, we cannot guarantee the same time will become available again.

      Booking with Payment on Arrival

      Prefer your guest to pay on the day? You’ve got options:

      Option 1: Add a Guest to Your Booking

      1. Make your own booking using your membership.

      2. Call the club directly to add your guest to the tee sheet.

      3. Let them know the guest will be paying on arrival.

      Option 2: Have the Guest Book Separately

      Your guest can also book their round independently through:

      • The club website

      • The pro shop

      • Third-party sites like GolfNow

      Junior Guest Bookings

      To book a round that includes a junior guest, follow these steps:

      1. Select the date you want to play.

      2. Click “Select Players” and choose 2 Players.

      3. On the next screen, designate one of the players as a junior.

      4. The price will adjust automatically, and available tee times will update accordingly.

      5. Proceed to complete your booking as usual.

      Remember: The member must be present when a junior guest plays.

      Member Guest Rate

      The Member Guest rate is typically available only to full (premium) members. However, some clubs may allow PlayMoreGolf members to access this rate for their guests. This is at the discretion of your home club and may be considered an additional perk.
