This means you don't need to activate them immediately. The voucher can be purchased during the promotional period and redeemed at a later date within 12 months of purchase.

£20 Renewal Discount: Important Information

Your £20 renewal discount:

• Can be used towards an eligible full membership renewal.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Is subject to the promotional terms applicable when the voucher was issued.
• Can now be applied when purchasing an eligible Black Friday membership voucher, meaning customers with a £20 voucher from the 2025 promotion can use it during Black Friday 2026.
