Membership Auto-Renewal – What to Do

PlayMoreGolf memberships are set to auto-renew by default, and members are typically contacted ahead of renewal. If your membership has recently renewed and you did not intend for this to happen, you may still have options depending on timing.

If Your Membership Has Recently Auto-Renewed If your account has auto-renewed within the last 14 days and you did not plan to renew:

📞 Call: 03305 556 555 (Option 1)
📧 Email: customerservices@playmore.golf

Our Customer Service Team will review your account and guide you through your options.

Within the 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If you contact us within 14 days of your renewal:
  • We can cancel your renewed membership
  • A refund may be available, depending on usage and policy
  • A standard admin/handling fee applies in most cases

Important Exceptions

The admin fee may not apply if:
  • You did not receive the renewal reminder emails, or
  • There has been a confirmed error on PlayMoreGolf’s part
Renewal Communications Members are typically sent two reminder emails before auto-renewal is processed. If you believe you did not receive these communications, please let us know when you contact us, as this may impact the outcome of your request.

After the 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your membership renewal is outside the 14-day window:
  • Cooling-off cancellation no longer applies
  • Your request will fall under standard cancellation terms
  • Please refer to: Cancelling Your Membership for next steps
Key Notes
  • Auto-renewal helps ensure continuous access to your membership benefits
  • It is your responsibility to check and manage your auto-renew settings ahead of your renewal date
