What happens if my Home Club concludes their PlayMoreGolf Partnership

There will be times when your Home Club conclude their partnership with us. Let us help with your renewal at a new local club.

When a PlayMoreGolf club concludes their partnership with us we will work with other local clubs to determine what options will be available to you when your membership is up for renewal. Rest assured while you have an active membership with your club, you will be able to continue using your PlayMoreGolf membership there until your renewal date.

Once a club has confirmed their leaving date all members will receive communication from our Customer Service Team detailing the current situation, and how we will be able to assist with your renewal at a different PlayMoreGolf club. There will be times when we will need to look at options available on a case-by-case basis depending on how many points you have remaining. When offering your renewal options, we would require confirmation of which club you would be interested in renewing with.

Once we have received this information, we will coordinate the options available and assist in getting your membership transferred to a new club on renewal.

You may have the option of renewing your membership before your membership expires - conditions may apply

Please note,  if you choose to renew your membership early at a new club, it will expire a year after you renew and transfer to the new club.
