If you wish to transfer to a new club at the end of your membership year, you can do so however any retained Home points built at your current Home Club are not transferable as the membership revenues associated with these points will have been received by your current club and not the new club you wish to transfer to. You cannot transfer Home Club mid-way through your membership year.
