Can I change my Home Club?

Can I change clubs, will I be able to take my points with me?

If you are within your first 14 days, it may be possible to change clubs, assuming you haven't made any Home bookings yet. 

If you wish to change your Home Club after your initial 14-day cooling-off period, you will need to renew your membership. You will need to decide if it financially viable for you to do so as you will not be able to cancel your membership mid term.

When moving clubs, we try our best to ensure a smooth transition, however transferring points is not as simple as it may seem. As your Home club has been paid for your points, we will not be able to automatically transfer your unused points to the new club. However, some clubs may take a portion of your Home points on the basis of a 12-month membership with them. Flexi points last for 12 months and will not be transferred.  

Please also note, if you wish to transfer before your current renewal date, the date will be brought forward to when the transfer is processed.  This is due to starting a new membership at a new club.

Members who have a finance agreement with Premium Credit.  

If you wish to change your Home Club after your initial 14-day cooling-off period, you will need to renew your membership. You will need to decide if it financially viable for you to do so as you will not be able to cancel your membership mid term. You will also be obligated to continue with your current monthly payments, or to settle your Finance. Premium Credit will be able to provide you an exact figure.
